1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Cogit Development, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Cogit Development is a free tool (1 server) that monitors Minecraft servers and posts status updates to Discord via a bot you invite.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to manage the Discord server where the bot is invited.
- You are responsible for the Minecraft server IP you add.
- Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
The reason deletion requests require admin approval is to prevent users from repeatedly deleting their current server and adding it to a new one. This helps maintain stability and prevents abuse of the free tier.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier allows 1 Minecraft server. Upgrades are available via our Discord.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for server downtime, data loss, or Discord API issues.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
